Like the title said, there is this one bee that always seems to pick on me every time
I went 3-5 feet within her hive. Perhaps I bother them too often. But I have not since 4 days ago
on my last inspection. Then how come she still remember me to go after. How come the other bees do not. Only
this little pesky one that's been bothering me. What to do with her, huh.
Anybody has a special remedy to deal with just one little annoying bee without killing her?
Of course, it is way better than last summer when whole bunch of them were chasing me into my truck.

1 pesky bee.....squish....OOPS!

Squish her, and you'll have 100 pesky bees once they all catch a whiff of her sting pheromones ;)

Funniest "pesky bee problem" I ever had was with a drone last year...for about 3 weeks, whenever I went anywhere NEAR my hives (we're talking within 150' here) he'd come bussing all over me, bounce off of me, and land, curl all up & act like he was gonna sting! Hilarious behavior from a bee with no stinger!

I have one pesky bee who bothers my neighbor. He drinks his coffee on his porch every morning. For years he has been telling me of this same bee that has visited him every day, she just lands on the side of his coffee cup, takes a sip “because he puts a lot of sugar in his coffee” he says good morning to her and she flies off. I just cannot break it to him that bees only live about 6 weeks as adults. And it could not possibly be the same bee, nor would just one bee visit for sweet coffee, if one found it there would be dozens. He always tell the story with a smile and he has never complained about my bees. Considering I have 20 hives within 75 yards of his house, I count my blessings..

That's the only part I'll disagree with; according to my research, and a few of my own (not all that scientific, mind you) observations, you'll frequently get only 1 bee visiting a "new" source of nectar or pollen...for the first few trips at least, then she'll bring a friend or two...then 4 or five, then 10 or 20........lol
