I am a beginner beekeeper. I inhereted a super with 9 frames of drawn comb. It is very dark, and some of it has a white substance of it that looks to me like some kind of mold. There are also dead bees stuck in some of the cells. Should I use these frames? Thank you for your help.

If there are a few dead bees and little mold, yes, I'd give it to the bees to clean it up. But most of the mold I see on comb is gray or black. Any wax moth webs? If it has a lot of webs in it I cut the comb out and put in new foundation.

I am hoping to harvest some honey from it. There are no webs of any kind, but the stuff is clearly white. I appreciate your advice.
