There is a website called Wolfram Alpha that does a lot of things for people who like to research most anything in the world. One thing they have is nutrition information for a lot of foods, including honey. So if you go to their website it generates not only honey nutrition facts, but they are also kind enough to put it into an official looking USDA style of format - appropriate for your back label. Just right click on the part that looks like a nutrition label and copy it. Don't freak out if a window pops up showing you how to copy a text version - just copy the image and it will paste just like you see it into a Word document or most anything else.

You can order them from Better Bee, Brushy Mountain, Dadant, Kelly, Man Lake. and any other Bee supplier. For the correct size and weight. rolls of 100 and 500. purty simple to just order.
