If it's been there for two weeks and if the queen stayed with them, you would have no eggs/larvae inside the hive. Have you looked for those inside? It would be great if you could have the bees that will emerge from the comb in another week or less (if the eggs were laid in the feeder at least two weeks ago). Do you have any empty frames that you could tie that comb into to be added to the inside of your hive? If not, maybe you leave it alone until the brood emerges and shake em all into the hive and then get rid of the feeder.

I didn't take notice of your location the last time I posted. It's possible that the brood in the feeder that is outside the hive has gotten "chilled" and is dead. It takes enough bees to cover the cells to keep them warm. What have your overnight low temps been like for the last two weeks?
