now what?

hi all,
got my first package 7 days ago, queen was out on 3rd day, removed cage did not lift any frames.
day 5; they swarmed, collected the bees and found the queen (clipped& marked) on the ground in front of the hive, collected them all and put them in a box.
returned them to the hive next morning, 5 frames (comb guide) had comb with nectar ( eyes not good enough to see much more)
swarmed again today, found queen in front of hive, when I went to retrive her she was gone..
checked all the frames , and all the frames with comb have swarm cells.
b weaver will send me a new queen.
what should I with the swarm cells?
