Hi all,

I've always wanted to learn about beekeeping. Looks fascinating.

I'm guessing I'm a little late for this season.

I need to pickup some gear and build some hives ad take it from there..

Hope everybody doesnt mind all the trillions of questions in my head... ;)

He just needs to be aware that fools rush in where wise men fear to tread ;)

I need to look him to to pick his brain and see if I can get a nuc or something to get me started...

Hello and Welcome!

This is a great forum for learning more about bees & beekeeping. Be sure to check out the "How to Start Beekeeping" subforum for useful advice covering the basics.

Also, check your local library for books and videos about beekeeping. Read as much as you can! And, get involved with a local beekeeping club. Clubs often offer classes for beginners and are great places to find mentors and get connected to nearby beeks.
