I got some packages back in may and I have been having a bad luck with them. First off they are not drawing out the frames. 4 hives have only about 4 frames of drawn comb and 3 of them are queenless. I have taken frames from a strong hives and place them in the queenless hive and they made queen cells but no signs of a laying queen or drones... any advice or suggestions

I'd recommend feeding syrup and pollen patties to each hive. That'll make them stonger. I'd also purchase some queens, I like koehnen queens, asap in order to get brood production going. Waiting for virgin queens to hatch and mate takes too long :)
