Hi, all. We re-queened a month ago and all seemed to be fine. This morning, though, we found ~100 dead pupae on the bottom board. The pupae are white with no mites that we can see. We also saw places in capped brood where the bees had been digging pupae out of the cells.

What's happening?

Look at the eyes of the pupae to see if they may be drone larvae. Time for some male killing maybe. Were the larvae nice and white or browning at all? Hard to say what is causing it but I would not condemn the new queen for the problem.
