Something I have wanted to do for years.

Going to take up this new hobby to break the boredom of the Covid 19 lockdown.

Picked up two 8 frame deeps as part of a starter kit.

Reading Buckfast Abbey, watching vids, and currently looking for a swarm or a local beek selling nucs...

Welcome to Beesource, BrotherLove.

Sounds like you are going to start right at the top reading Brother Adam- good choice.

Swarm season seems to be a couple weeks early, so I'd encourage you to get those traps out if you haven't already.

Best of luck to you in your beekeeping efforts.

Welcome! I lived in Conway and worked in Myrtle Beach for a little while about 10 years ago. I really liked the area, and miss it at times.

Good luck with the bees!
