What would everyone recommend for a repellent to keep bees from returning ? Bee gone ? Honey b gone ? Any others ?

I usually spray vinegar water in the area. So far it's worked well for me.

I vote for BeeGO that stuff is nasty and tends to stick around.

Repellents don't last. Fill the cavity with cheap fiberglass insulation. No room, no return.

OH Good idea. Make the homeowners smell vomit when ever they walk near. That stuff wisks of vomit for many months to come.

Isn't one of the liquids used to drive bees from supers based on almond oil? If that is correct, then I would go with almond oil, or the commercial product itself. Much more pleasant than the butyric acid (vomit stuff).

i've started using bee quick to get the stragglers out so that homeowners can at least do the repairs. depending on where it's located, i also recommend to them to fill with insulation.
