My Ratrod extractor

I was bored yesterday so I modified my extractor with a few spare parts I had laying around.... Enjoy... or criticize as you see fit. The drill turns at 2000rpms I geared it down to 2:1 with the pulley's although I could stand to go a little slower the 5" pulley was the biggest that would fit. If the drill speed is an issue, there are options. This HF $50 drill has a top speed of 550 RPM:

A drill with that low a speed might also allow the 5" driven pulley to be somewhat smaller diameter if you want to increase clearance for inserting frames.

No criticism here just a word of caution. Have a backup drill on standby. Or rig a PTO off the Harley.

Good Eye, Unfortunately the motorcycle will not make the CARB requirements in California, I was actually thinking of rigging up the golf cart to the left. Its electric so it has ZERO emmisions
