Last year I had some honey that had too much moisture in it so this year I'm prepared. (I hope)
I bought a mini dehumidifier a mini 4" fan and a mini temperature and humidity gauge to go into my chest freezer. To save my back I built a rack that fits in the freezer that holds 45 frames.
would have been easier to just stack the supers in a corner and use plastic sheeting to make a "room" around them. Put the dehumidifier in with the supers and you probably already had a small fan.
Also don't leave them in there too long or the honey will be extra thick.
I bet that will work great. A tight space like that will be more efficient than a tarped room or, in my case, a bathtub with curtain drawn, or stacked boxes in my garage, tarped. J
