[Deer Slayer]

I installed my first two packages last Saturday but since we are just moving into the house I could not locate the hives in their final destination. In about a week from now I will need to move both hives about 10 to 15 feet to their new and permanent location. Will this cause any problems?

just wait till night and move them to there new home

place some everygreen branches in front of the hives - almost blocking the entrance - this will slow them down and help them relocate

i moved mine aorund last night, just walkl slow and be careful. Placed green leaves in the front of the entrance, this a.m. they reoriented and all was well.....

They are doing great and very active during the day. This is too cool. I was a bit worried about moving them but now I have one less worry.

Moving them 10-15 feet will not be a problem...they will reorient quickly. If it makes you feel better you can move them 2-3 ft a day until they are at the new location.
