I mounted the tunnel on the house trap early this morning. This pick was at noon. At 5 there was a lot more movement. Most of them have found the new entrance but some are still trying to go to the old one.
I had a friend who built a nuc box which he attached to the wall of a house where the entrance hole was. The nuc had a hole that matched up w/ the hole in the wall and then another one on the outside of the box. Bees passed through the nuc eventually coming to use the combs in the nuc. After a time he checked the combs in the nuc and there was the queen. So he moved the nuc w/ the queen off the wall a ways and the bees abandoned the building. It took quite a while, but it worked.
