Had a stack of honey supers and the cover blew off in a storm. Rain got in them and resulted in moldy frames /foundation.

If these were brood frames I would have no concerns, but these are used for honey production.

Will the bees clean these adequately for honey production? Should I "dewax" them and have the bees build all new?

Your response and logic behind it are appreciated!

I think a dunk in a strong bleach solution and a good rinsing afterwards would take care of the mold. Drawn supers are too valuable to scrape down over a little mold.
