OK,
So I extracted honey and left the supers outside for the bees to clean up. Well it rained for several days after doing this and now there is mold growing on the frames and in some of the comb. Is this something to be worried about? Or will the bees just clean it up?

Put them back in and the bee's will clean them up. I would be careful not to do it again. it is a waste of their time when they could be making you honey. Just say'in

Well that was my plan. To save the drawn comb and reuse it on the next flow. Then the rain came and I figured it would be better to leave them outside to dry before giving it back to the bees.
