Chef his email address has a spam blocker, it will send a reply email back and you will need to type in the "code" in the email that is returned to you. I had that very problem when I first emailed him. The system sent an email to the system owner, which in my case was my wife. She did not see the email for several weeks. This led me to believe that he was not responding to my first email. I'm glad I got that straightened out as he has been a great mentor to me.
