I figure on getting a Maxant Bottling tank, mostly just to clean up the job of bottling with their no drip valve. Want to do things right the first time.

Toyed with the idea of getting their ready-to-run out of the box Model 6 GT, but wondering about capacity being an issue. More would be better, but getting honey into a larger tank, say the 600-2 or 600-3 might be difficult for me. Would a lift table be enough to assist in loading honey into a larger tank? Thanks .

Think honey pump.
I run a 16 gallon bottling tank and lifting 60 pound 5 gallon bucket is a REAL pain and strain.

Thanks, it seems a honey pump is more costly than the tank itself. That would tend to steer me towards the Model 6 GT. Installing an eye bolt is a non-starter in this situation as well. Maybe the smaller unit is the way to proceed.

Until I figure a better way, I just i'll just pour 3 gallons or so at a time. Ordered the tank.
