So on the 21, upon inspection one of the three cells was emerged and another was emerging. Got to hear them pipe which was cool. So it if I am correct today should be start of mating flights correct. Yesterday it rained today is 80 sunny with light wind.

Yep, she'll take a few flights over the next several days, weather permitting. Then give her another few days to 3 weeks before she starts laying.
The hard part is not taking a peek! You want to know whats going on but you're best not to open the nuc for at least 10 days to 2 weeks, preferably 3 weeks.
Keep an eye on the entrance, if you start to notice a lot of pollen coming in she's probably mated and should be laying soon. That's how it worked on the 2 nucs I started beginning of June and July.

agree with three weeks. that's what i did last time and there was enough brood to get read on how good of a pattern the new queens were laying.
