I put MAQs in 3 of my hives yesterday afternoon. They didn’t like it. When I went out a little while later all 3 had a few bees bearding on the front and a few dead ones on the landing. No biggie kinda was expected. Today when I got home from work one hive had a few hundred dead bees on the ground in front of it. I went exactly by the directions. I removed the entrance reducer and sugar water. The only difference is the hive with all the dead bees is a double deep, the other two are single deeps.

Did I do something wrong?
Should I stop treating that hive?

What other questions should I be asking?
