chop saw for cutting to length..with a butt plate set up so lenghts are exact..marking with a pencil and cutting each time is too much trouble...

after the length is cut, the rest is done on a table saw..

making supers and frames...

i just butt the ends together and use galvanized screws to hold my boxes together...
