has anyone experienced lots of dead bees in the top box feeder? could it be from overcrowding in that area? the box stays full of bees most of the time.
I have two different types of hive top feeders. Any time I experience dead bees in the feeder it was due to a crack between the lid and the box or the screens being too wide. Ultimately all beek mistakes, not the bees.:doh:
