Ken, you could try Gardner Apiaries or Barnyard Bees, both in GA, for early spring queens.

Bob Binnie has a contact somewhere in north Florida that you can get some early queens from if he is not already booked up. Call blue ridge honey company and they will give you the information. I am getting two early queens through the Binnie's this year coming out of Florida.
