Get a couple of Bee Hive setups, and order a couple of nuc's and start keeping bees. Then try to start a local association.

I am not trying to be snarky here I just mean to say that if a need exists, and you identify it, maybe the best thing to do is try to fix it.

If you can find an association reasonably close you might be able to offer someone in the group a place to put some hives.

May you be blessed in whatever action you decide to take.

I am a bee keeper from Northern Virginia. I come here to ice climb every year. All i do when i come here is talk bees. You are not beeing snarky in the least. This is exactly what I want to get set up somehow, for the Montrose, Ridgeway and Ouray area. These folks need to band together, share resources and bee keeping knowledge in their community. The closest one I could find was Durango, but when I went to that website. I lead people to this website because there is a lot of beeks who see this. Thanks for the response.
