My hive 4.5 ft long , insulated and pic of how I transferd my langstroth frames, then I built to fit new frames , this has 2 entrances, 2 chambers with divider board between hives, ,will post more pics this weekend

Great hive!
If anything, I'd do my frames like so (diagram attached).
This is simply done by zipping together 2 Lang deeps or 3 Land mediums and cutting the ears off from the lower frames.
The resulting sizes are nominally the same (2-piece or 3-piece).
Much less work.
Easy disassembly (snip, snip) and back (zip, zip).
A standard Lang top bar should be able to hold the weight (IF it held for Lazutin himself, it will for you too).
