Hard to tell because of the wind and drifting but guessing 6-7 just S of Springfield.

Is your fence solar.I have to disconnect the bottom wire in deep snow, otherwise with winter lack of sun,I have trouble keeping a charge in the battery.

it is a solar fence, but I turned it off before the snow storm. Unlikely to get any visitors who do damage in snow that deep here. The known bear in the area has never been down the hill to my house. Willing to take my chances for a few days.

We got around 24" here in Central/west Jersey. it appears that my North wind break blocked the snow from drifting around the hives and the hive bench top/hive bottoms are clear by 6" or so. i don't have to use bear fence here, urban(y) area and if any bears came through, they'd head to the restaurant dumpsters two blocks away.
