In one of my new hives I noticed today that the bees are bringing out there larvae and pupa. It has been cold around 38 degrees at night. I was thinking they don't have enough adult bees to keep them warm. I will give them a pollen patty tomorrow just in case but wanted to get someone else's opinion. Thanks

Yeah, sounds like chilled brood. Do you have a windbreak around the hive? I don't know about your area, but we've gotten some wicked straight line wind this past week.
