Does anyone have a picture of the size of larva for grafting queen cells? And when the egg hatches wouldn't the new larva have royal jelly in the cup to feed the larva, That way you can tell the diffreance between a egg and a larva? Plus the larva lays down and the egg is upright.

You might want to try your question in the queen breeding forum. I don't think of that as "beekeeping 101" subject matter. I am guessing you are new to beekeeping with only 12 posts but maybe you're experienced and just new to the forum... I could be wrong but I think of grafting of queen cells as being pretty "advanced" stuff.
