Knife unsealing - scaler

Up to now I used the simple knife warm in saucepan with water. I think of taking a knife unsealing, but I cannot decide if it is electricity or steam. In my permanent apiary I have electric current. It could me help somebody explaining my what it should I take also why?

1. The first candidature is the classic knife of steam, that is heated with camping-gas. Price 95 Euros.

2. The second candidature is the electric knife of steam, that is heated with current. Price 120 Euros.

3. Third candidature is the electric knife of (America), that is heated with current and allocates thermostat. Price 120 Euros.

4. Fourth candidature is the electric knife of (Italy), that is heated with current and allocates thermostat and dimmer. Price 95 Euros.

5. fifth candidature is the electric knife of (rather China), that is heated with current and allocates thermostat and dimmer. Price 70 Euros.

6. The sixth candidature is electric slice, that is heated with current and allocates thermostat. Exists Greek or with 12cm forehead of cutting with Price 200 Euros and German with 8cm forehead of cutting with Price 130 Euros.
