Up to now I used the simple knife warm in saucepan with water. I think of taking a knife unsealing, but I cannot decide if it is electricity or steam. In my permanent apiary I have electric current. It could me help somebody explaining my what it should I take also why?

1. The first candidature is the classic knife of steam, that is heated with camping-gas. Price 95 Euros.

2. The second candidature is the electric knife of steam, that is heated with current. Price 120 Euros.

4. Fourth candidature is the electric knife of (Italy), that is heated with current and allocates thermostat and dimmer. Price 95 Euros.

5. fifth candidature is the electric knife of (rather China), that is heated with current and allocates thermostat and dimmer. Price 70 Euros.
