I vote for Sailor Plastic too. They also had rapid shipping.

If you can live with glass canning jars...
Big Lots @ $7 per case of 12 pint jars with lids.
My local one brings them in for me when I ask.

Blue Sky in Ohio (not Michigan but close) have reasonable prices, decent selection, fast reasonable shipping. Have been very responsive to questions / requests.
