I don't have the most experience, and the video is not ideal, as you mentioned...

I have seen my hives look like that and it is NOT robbing.

I have become convinced that my weakest hive is being robbed. How? A lot more traffic than normal. Bees coming into the landing area, in a circular, buzzing, pattern. Bees in the limited opening, fighting with each other.

So, again, based on my newbie experience, what I would suggest is limiting the opening of your hive to something much smaller, and then observe for these things that I have mentioned.

I think Michael Bush has said that a good way to being able to tell if your hive is being robbed is to put up a robber screen, and see if robbers arrive and are trying to get in.

Thanks, there was just way more bees in front of this one than my other hive. Glad to see so many new bees:)
