Doesn't look like one to me, the ones I've seen are smaller and black. That bug looks like one that mimics the look of bird droppings.

Not a hive beetle, looks more like the head part of a dragon fly.

I have nothing to reference the size. and I am working off a notebook, so the pic is very small. but I sure would like a close up where I could see those antenna. before I gave a specific answer
