We have had a week of rainy cold weather, mid 40's for a high and high 30's at night. My hive is new and the bees were hived on 13May. They have drawn foundation on one deep super with brood. I added a second deep with no foundation. My question is, do they use this weather to draw more comb or is it lost time? They have a top feeder, which they have just about stopped using. I'm working 12 nights for a week, so I won't inspect it for a while.

Prior to this cold spell, we had a long stretch of good weather and they brought in LOTS of pollen. I have some fake stuff, but how fast will they go through their stored pollen?
