Hey there, I put a new queen into the hive last Saturday. Just checked. She’s been released but I couldn’t find here. The hive is in quite poor condition. Could she been killed. Does she more more time?
A lots of food in there.

Sometimes even marked queens can be missed. I would open it again and double check. How long has the hive been without a queen? If they are queenless for too long they may become laying worker. If you don't have any other hives then it will be impossible to rectify that.

I went back in, still no queen. I put frame full of brood into the hive hopefully they raise on by their own. With my luck I doubt it.
