Have only seen plans for the hooks. Haven't see anything for the syringe holder, co2 delivery, etc.
I would expect there to be some try and retry work. I don't think the machining would be too difficult for the holder, but you might need to find a standard size for the pipettes. If you find them, post here. Cause I'm interested in making my own also.
