I have several available deeps and several frames fairly full of honey. When installing my packages here shortly, how many frames full of honey should i start my deeps with and how many "empty" frames? Also, would you recommend I start with one deep or two? Or, let them fill up first deep with brood before adding the second deep?

Evenly divide the frames with honey between your new colonies and fill in with your drawn comb and foundation. I would put the honey frames about three in from one or both sides depending how may you have. The bees should start in the center for climate control. Reduce that entrance and if someone has inflicted SBB's on you please cover them so the bees have a shot at climate control.
