I have noticed a number of honey supply companies, particularly in Western Canada, selling "Ice Honey" or "Iced Honey." In fact, a friend recently gave me a sample pack of some. It had an almost creamed honey texture to it. I wonder how it's made? Is it just a creamed honey with very fine crystals? Or is there some other process involved? If anyone can shed light on this question I would be very much appreciative.
