If your bees came as a nuc then there should have been a frame of honey and pollen alng with some brood frames.
When you installed the nuc into your hive did you notice if there was a honey frame ?

I think your queen has been in the nuc long enough for the bees to accept her.

Most caged queens we install are out within 24 hours.

You could feed them if you thought they needed it just be quiet and gentle with what you do.

at this stage dont go into the frames leave that for another 4 or 5 days.
