Hi all! Brand new beek! Just realized tomorrow is the start of hurricane season! What do folks do in the Southeast to prepare their hives for a big storm when one threatens??
Thanks!
I'm going to strap/staple mine together & move those that trees can fall on. I lost all of my portable 'chicken tractors' in 2004 during Ivan; I had them tied to trees so they wouldn't blow away. It didn't occur to me that the trees could fall on them - woops!
