I try to extract as fast as I take off honey and return supers to the hive with hopes they will fill things back up on a good years. Leaving the supers on the hive untell you are ready to extract is the best way to keep moth out of them.
If you alread have them off the hives then pull one frame from each box and space the remaining frames so there is air movement in the boxes. Stack the boxes so that light and air can get in the supers. This will help with moth for a short time. Best to extract and get those suppers to work on your hives.
