I saw that one of my weaker nuc boxes was being robbed today. I put a robber screen on the hive. How quickly do robbers kill the queen?

There is no time table. She is collateral damage, not a target, so no way to give you a meaningful answer.

So...can't you just wait for the foragers to come home and move the nuc box?
To where would you move it? And after a few hours of intense robbing, there will be nothing left to save. Best plan is to put the robbing screen on as soon as you notice robbing activity. But make sure it is not the late afternoon/evening orientation flights that are often confused for robbing. The returning foragers will kinda just hang out when they encounter the screen. Return right before dark and let them in, then put the screen back. They will be fine after that.
