Hello - I have a hive that has brood in all three supers above the bottom deep box. Today I put a queen excluder between two of the supers. How long until all brood will be hatched from the boxes without the queen? For some reason I think it's 20 days but would like confirmation.

Worker bees emerge 21 days after the laying of the egg.
Drone bees emerged 24 days after the laying of the egg.
Queen bees emerge 16 days after the laying of the egg.

Eggs Hatch In 3.5 days. So in 4 days all brood will be hatched!

All larva will be capped to pupate in 10 Days +-1. And all pupa will emerge as adults in 24+-1

I still haven't nailed down the whole queen excluder issue. Some say use it, some say it's "Honey Excluder." Saturday I did an inspection and noticed that there was some brood in a couple supers. I put the excluder on now.
