With our mild summer and adequate rain, it looks as if we are going to have a good fall flow. Normally, when supering in spring, it has been cool enough when I unstack supers from storage, I don't worry about wax moths. I para-moth crystaled these supers about a month ago, and pulled them back out three days ago to air out. Question: how long to let them air out until they are no longer toxic to bees ? Is the sniff test adequate (no smell of para moth) ?

Most books I've read say to air them out at least a week. I prefer to air them out longer and the "sniff test" works for me after at least two weeks.
