I don't know, and don't think it matters. I have been feeding for a few weeks, some is capped, some is not. Capped (presumably "cured") is better than uncapped, uncapped is better than starvation.
I expect my feeding window to close in a week or two, so I will continue feeding for now.
To answer your actual question, I think it took about 3 weeks in my recent weather conditions, AFAICT. Under current conditions, similar to yours, I doubt they will ever cap it.p
