Here is my situation, I have a nuc that I didn't put enough bees in, or they drifted. In either case, since my queens are only emerging from this nuc tomorrow, I want want to be careful new bees (adding to bolster the nuc) don't ball the returning virgin (since the donation frame is from a queen right colony). is a newspaper combine ok? or do I need to give the frame from QR colony 24 hours at queenless?

I know I could always brush all the bees off a frame with emmerging brood, but I would like to take along some bee force too.

Thanks Michael. That sounds like a good plan. I also had wanted to have a few mating nucs with only a couple frames and a queen just in case I have a poorly mated queen, or one that doesn't make it back, that might work too.

Thanks again
