Had a question today that I was unsure of the answer. How far into a structure from the point of entry will bees crawl to build their hive? What is the furthest i.e. attic, roof, crawl space, etc. that you have found bees?
I just did a cutout where the bees entered the wall about 2 ft off the ground, and had to crawl approx 4 ft to reach the bottom on the comb. the comb was probably 2 ft long, so maybe 6 ft to the top...
