I caught a swarm in my back yard and I am wanting to try and catch another one in the same spot. But my yard isn't very big. So I am wondering if I should try it or not.

By all means, put a trap there again. Bees seem to keep picking the same spots over and over.

Definitely, transfer the swarm, or move the caught swarm box & set up another. Just make sure the cast members are not coming from your mother hives

If you move it within a day or so, new swarms learn new locations easy. Just do it in the evening once all the bees are home.
