I think so. Even if it is warm, you could put them in the deep with a division board to help confine them and preserve heat until the population builds. You are planning on feeding them?

If in a Nuc with frames, stick the frames in the deep, they'll be alright. Then feed if they have none on the frames. Sometimes you have to do the work the Bees.

It was 48 and rainy all day yesterday and most of our home yard Bees were going about their business with pollen and playing.
