I'm curious to know what you think of Miller's Budget and Commercial boxes.

If I'm not mistaken, I have some nuc bodies that I got from Miller's and they needed some coaxing to put them together. They're fine now...

I tried to buy budget from Miller but they didn't have enough of them in the size I wanted (eight frame mediums of course). So I order straight run and they made my boxes. The straight run (no culling) had no boxes that were not usable and only a couple that were at all difficult to work with out of 300 boxes. My guess is that they would be servicable as the straight run certainly were. Since they were making them for me I got a price break for not having the nail holes drilled no nails and no hand holds on the sides. Since I staple them together and since I butt them up against each other anyway niether seemed helpful to me. They were great people to do business with.
Given Mr. Bush's experience with a "straight run" of Miller's I think I would give them a try.

On the otherhand, Humble Abodes should be cheaper to ship.

Jim 134,

Are the Humble Abodes boxes made from 3/4" wood?
